hello Sir, my daughter is 3 month old now she is not taking formula milk from bottle. I am giving her my breast milk but i think it's not inuff for her. please tell me a supplement to include my milk which increase my breast milk. and tell me that is it ok to give lectogen to my 2.5 years daughter? because I had purchased lectogen every month and my 3 month daughter didn't take it properly so that i have to destroy whole packet every month as it is. please tell me alternative use of lectogen?

A. Hello dear parent! Formula milk is advised only till 2 years completion. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. As long as your baby is active and healthy, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day then nothing to worry. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
