hello sir , my boy is now 7 month , he also started solid food . now he suffering from constipation . doesn't pass stool on 4 days . when he start to pass stool too much pressure

This usually happens it’s not a problem what you can do is try to include more of liquid into the diet try to increase water buttermilk coconut water because liquids are very important to maintain digestion and pooping process of this is what you can do as of now
