hello sir my baby who is 3 year old recently suffered with decentry is facing digestion problem and he is having poor appetite. he faces cold and cough every one or two month interval currently i am giviing him syrup atrax 5 ml and syrup brozeet LS bd kindly suggest me any good digestive syrup and some syrup which may increase his immunity
