hello sir, my baby is 68 days old. my breastfeed is low . what can i do ? please advice me.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and if breast milk is less then give baby formula milk too . Also have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and aloe have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet to produce more milk.
