hello sir my baby is 3 months 22days old he's having cough I'm giving maxtra drops 0.4ml 3 times a day but still he's frequently coughing

A. baby is very small better to consult a doctor for cough sometimes there will be infection cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
