Q.

hello sir my baby is 2.10 she speaks many words she knows poems songs abc 1 to 20 counts she knows about many books picture whatever I will ask she replies back but she doesn't want to communicate like in daily needs she understands many things but she doesn't want to communicate .... should I have to go for therepy

A. every child has different nature.. most of the kids feel shy when interacting with a stranger esp living in a nuclear families.. you should always think about your child's feelings first...if she's not comfortable then avoid forcing her

A. Hi first it's good and safe to show your kid to your doctor and follow their advise. That would be the best and safest option for your baby. As doctors know exactly our baby body condition and can treat it right and immediately.
