hello sir my baby is 2.10 sir she is very active she jumps alot..she talks like watever I ask she replies back..she knows many songs poems many words but she doesn't want to talk full sentence ...even she doesn't want to her needs ...but she is communicating little bit should I have to go for therepy

A. hinaprent ur kid is 2 yr 10 months old is able to speak , but I would like to know about the eye contact, social communication with others and about understand the commands ,if any deviation from the normal , consult your doctor

A. sir she understands everything she is doing eye contact for every time for some second she is giving me reply for whatever I m asking with books ..but she is not reply with yes or no .
