Hello sir my baby had 3.5 month vaccination today..after half an hour after vaccination I feed her n given tablet for temperature and she immediately vomits ..so is there chances that oral doses of rotavirus n polio has came out through vomiting..or do we need to give these doses again or its okay

Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry.
Swelling can be reduced by giving ice fomentatiodn locally and paracetamol can be given for fever or pain.
Thrombophobe ointment fcan be applied in acute pain and swelling .
