Hello sir, my baby boy is of 10 months. I used to give him lactogen 2. I m thinkin to give him cow milk now. Would it be better for him? What should I do to make his colour more fair ?

A. Hi parent definitely as per your child age no need to give any formula feed to your child you can give easily digestible food like curd rice khichadi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc I recommend you A2 cow milk for your child it is good in taste and also good for child growth and development
