hello sir,meri beti bed pe se gir gayi thi use bahot jor se laga ta sir ke piche.abhi 24 hrs hua hai vomitting nahi hai but use dard ho raha hai aesa bol rahi hai .koi problem to nahi hoga? plz reply...

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important to see that the child is not having any visible injury.
also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor.
it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications relatexd to injury.
you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops.
you can xapply warm compresses over any swelling.
if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately
