Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. For nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand andd it can be given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly.
It is salt water so does not have any side effects.
Continue feeding milkd to the child and tryd to prevent temperature variations around the child
