# *ConstipationTips*
1. Give fruits which start with P....prunes, papaya, pears etc...they wash out little tummies easily
2. Give half tsp to one tsp Castor oil with warm water
3. Apply castor oil on navel of baby
4. Always give baby one fruit a day to avoid constipation.
5. Give overnight soaked munakka black raisins with its water.
6. Use fenugreek seeds and ajwain in cooking.
7. Boil one spoon jaggery and 1/4 spoon ajwain in half cup water. Boil till quantity is reduced to half. Add a pic nch of Turmeric.Strain and give this syrup to your baby. This one has immediate effect.
