You should connect with in Dr I think in ENT doctor would do a physical assessment and then can tell you what is the situation because this way you really cannot be sure about anything I would like to tell you some kids pick up on to the speech a little late by the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years but at this if they have a very good understanding
