Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Give easily digestible homemade healthy foods and keep hydrated. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
