my son (4 months) is having a dry skin (little rough) over his head and does not appear to be going away after applying the coconut oil. Any advise if this is really a dry skin or anything else which requires a medical attention? and any medicine to heal it

ok thanks for your quick response Disha.. so before I go for consultation can u please take another look and confirm if its infection and not dry skin. I have attached a more clear picture today. also I started using Sebamed baby lotion from yesterday.

look like so me skin infections, but need proper examination to diagnose it right. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
