Mera beta 3.7 years ka ho gya h wo abhi tak baat nahi karta hai but rhymes,abcd,1234,begra sb bol leta hai... premature baby hai 7 months ka outsiders ko dekh k rota hai darta hai apne aap ko kisi se touch nhi krne deta hai bas family k alawa.. please suggest me kya kare ki normal baby's ki tarah behave kr sake.. please

Hello Sir/Ma’am,
My baby is 3.7 year old.she can’t talk frequently like others child. She can speak abcd,123….,rythems,hindi alphbets,etc.but she is not speaking like normal  Child.she affaired the loud music as well.should i have to consult with the doctor.kindly suggest
