hello sir/ mam I found my son growth is not according to his age . he is very thin legs and hands. his height also not good . suggest something that I give him in his milk like horlicks or something else which help him in his growth.his age 4.5

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 months agoA. Gritzo is actually very good you can try that but if you feel that your child is under growth as per the current age you should first consult your doctor because giving these powder are just useless okay it’s completely
On the diet that your child is having the food the health the physical activity lot of factors are going to be important to be taken into consideration
