RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can give three times in the day and fruits one time in the day somewhere between the time of breakfast and lunch ideally that is going to be a very good pattern for you to follow for your child

Breakfast is idli and sambar (moong dal onion tomato cumin garlic). Then a snack (banana/ steamed apple/ sweet potato etc) Then lunch ragi cereal (manna ragi rich)or wheat cereal or rice (curd rice or dal rice etc) then snack. Then dinner
