hello sir ma'am Delievery k baad muje stretch marks aye h kya ye remove ho jayega.. me kon sshi cream use karu jisse ye remove ho jaye

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Stretch marks after delivery common hote hain mothers mein. Inhe reduce karne ke liye aap diet mein protein and fiber rich foods include karein alongwith variety of fluids. Affected areas mein Bio oil or Aloe Vera gel and Coconut oil apply karein twice a day.
