A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Do tummy exercises to tighten the skin and muscles around tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Good luck and take care.
