Hello sir I m mother of 3yrs old girl., sir mere bete ko last Wednesday c fever aur cough hai doctor doctor ki medication chal rhe h., Abhe 2 din c usko leg pain h Bhut chal b bhut kam rhe h aur aaj morning m usko fever b repeat hua ., kuch kha b nhe rhe h ., please kuch suggestions dijiye

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu whgere most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and deconggestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
