hello sir, I have 21 days baby boy , what will do insufficient breastmilk and how can I increase that.

A. take healthy and nutrious diet, daal ,dairy products, dry fruits, fruits and vegetables, dares,milk etc you can start taking shatavari with milk and if the milk supply is low after all this do consult with your gynaecologist for medication to increase milk
