Q.

Hello Sir, I am mother of 34 day baby Boy and I am facing issue of less milk production. I am already taking lactare capsule and satavari twice with milk. kindly guide me how to improve milk production.

A. continue with shatavari n lactare capsule.. dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts ,oats, green garlic, makhana everyday.

A. hi mam, please don't give up try your best ,offer more and more breastfeeds. because the more your child take feeds , the more milk is produced. but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
