Hello Sir, I am mother of 34 day baby Boy and I am facing issue of less milk production. I am already taking lactare capsule and satavari twice with milk. kindly guide me how to improve milk production.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with shatavari n lactare capsule.. dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts ,oats, green garlic, makhana everyday.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam, please don't give up try your best ,offer more and more breastfeeds. because the more your child take feeds , the more milk is produced. but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
