Hello sir i am a mother of 2 month old daughter she is having gas problem i am also giving her collicaid drops whenever she is in pain... But sometimes she unable to pass gas and cry with pain what to do please help

for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feedi g ing the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.
