Hello sir, good morning... My son Rumit is 14 month old. He is suffering from fever from 2days. I give him paracetomol T98. Which works for 4-5 hrs.... and after this fever comes back... He feels uneasy and crying again and again... please sir suggest me .... what I do?

A. at present only paracetamol Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
