hello sir good evening..mujhe kuch salha dijiye..meri beta 3 yrsrs 3 months. usko 3 dinse bukhar,khasi,nakse patle pani nikal rahihe..doctors k prescribed (pesimol,zerotuss co syrup).but koi Frida nahi huwe..please kuchh salha dijiyena sir
