Hello sir...can I give my son brown rice?

A. yes it has lots of fibres, After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well

A. If you want you can give brown rice to the child there is no restriction on that but practically if you stick to white rice that we eat on an every day basis that’s the best thing to go for brown rice take a lot of time to digest and it is you know comparatively going to take a longer time to prepare also but if you want you can go ahead with thatWrite Your Answer Here
