Hello Myself Anshu Mother of Adhyant Tanwar my baby is 7 months old ....usko abhi 3,4 din s aankho m khujli ho rhi hai or redness b hai aankho mai.m kya karna chahiye?

A. I think you should just clean the eyes regularly with water and consult the doctor the redness into the eyes could be due to irritation sometimes and sometimes an infection can also be seen but right now without an assessment we cannot confirm so better to check with the doctor
