start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
offer more liquid and fruits.

Yup Is exactly up to the mark because mostly by the age of four or we expect the child to be somewhere around 16 KG only so your child is having just like absolutely bang on weight according to the age of the child so continue feeding in the similar pattern
