If your child is fond of fruits and milk or a dairy product that I would recommend you to go ahead with giving smoothies in the morning as that is going to be a full on breakfast for the child you can add oats and healthy stuff into that so that it becomes totally healthy for your child and for your daughter was overweight as per the age you can consult a nutrition expert for a proper diet plan and put your child into some activity you haven’t mentioned the age swimming is very good so if you want you can go ahead with putting your child into some physical activity so that your child can lose weight
