Q.

Hello my son is not eating his meals on his own . I have to feed him otherwise he keeps throwing the food . What can I do to make him eat on his own ?

A. Hai good morning !! Co eating - Eating with family members atleast one of the parents,kids with same age,peers while gathering,or with siblings makes them interested to have on own.. Toddlers imitate us,so washing hands before and after eating using napkins,spoons ,eating on own ,table etiquitte will be seen from us and they repeat. Finger foods are easy to eat on own ,arranging one particular place to eat ...
