Hello my son is having this issue on neck and underarms please advise photogrpah attached

A. Looks like heat rash Restrict food items which are considered warm if warm if your breastfeeding ... And also check on the clothing of baby... Maybe you are making the baby wear more than required... There are can be few reasons. Keep baby cool n ac or fan to cool. Dress baby in loose clothes. Use warm water to bath. Avoid creams lotions. You can give some sponge bath or apply some cold compress it can work. Generally if you leave skin free and keep baby hydrated.
