Hello doctor...my son has got some small boils..heat pricks in neck and underarms pls advise

A. Hello,your baby girl is 3 months old and she is having mostly diper rashes on her private parts and it needs no treatment but don’t use diper for 24 hours and apply rashfree cream twice a day
