Hello, My son is 9 months old now. He is underweight . He looks like a 5 month old baby. Though he is very much active. Kindly give me some suggestions.

A. That’s good to know that your child is active that is a very positive sign but if your child is looking four months then younger then the current age of your child and that’s not a healthy sign for that I think it’s better to check with your doctor for full body assessment
