Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

If You had mentioned the weight of your child it would have been really good if your child is somewhere around 14 to 16 KG also then that’s good if it is lower than that then you should increase the amount of fats and carbs into your child’s daily diet plan
