Hello, my son is 4 years 4 months old , weight is 13 .4 ,what can I do for weight gain, he is premature baby ,born in 7 months

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, weight of 13.4 kg is fine for 4 years 4 months old baby boy. For healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.
Child's daily diet should have:
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits - 1 serving
milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of processed and packaged foods.
