hello my son is 1 year 3 months old. From last 1 week is is doing bathroom 4-5 times a day. What is the reason behind this

it happens because of many reasons like indigestion , overfeeding, force feeding or Infection.
so please keep your child well hydrated
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy food items.
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and pinch of pepper powder daily in morning.
