hello.. my son is 1 month old and he is doing vomiting very repeatedly may I know the reason please and suggest me some tips and solution. after every feed he is burping also

Domastal you can give five drops to your child if your child is vomiting a lot and it is common with kids to have little bit of spit up and that’s basically due to stomach reflect the digestion is not proper Just still building up so sometimes the kids can vomit quite a lot in the initial time but slowly it is going to reduce down
