offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet.
give massage to your child daily

for gas problem:
please avoid giving gas generating food like green peas , cabbage,gram flour at night .
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
you can give mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
it will help in this.
keep your child well hydrated.
give massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
