Hello, my son has 101 fever since morning...have given calpol 250mg thrice quantity of 3 ml with 4 hours gap as per the dosage given on the syrup bottle but the temperature is not coming down. Please help. Can I give mefkind p suspension, if yes what should be the gap between this and calpol.

A. hi, avoid self medication. For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature n on me visit ur doctor
