Hello my son 7 year old he is not having food from 3days properly feeling vomiting sensation while eating

A. So your child is having acidity bloating or some gut related issue which is your child is having such a huge discomfort so you should consult the doctor maybe some medicines are going to help settling down the problem with which it will be easier for you to feed the child
