hello my menustrual cycle is 25 days from last two months I'm getting periods In 20 days.what may be the cause for it? and what are remedies I have to take to cure it

Several factors — such as diet, exercise, birth control pills, and health conditions — can cause a light period.
If in case this happens regularly For 2 months or more then you should consult with your doctor for examination and medication

although it is advisable to visit your gynecologist for once who can give right guidance after examining your health
