hello, my menses have not come yet, after delivery. i had c section delivery . next month it will be 1 year. what to do? is it normal?

In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionyou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

mam,if you are nursing mother then it is completely ok to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey.
so don't worry
it will regularise by own.
