Hello My kid is 3 year old, He has constipation problem, He is scared to go to washroom as it very painfull, please guid me how to take care of it

constipation is very common in children and it can occur due to to decrease water intake as well as fibre intake.
kindly increase the quantity of water intake and specially add papaya pineapple banana prunes fennel seeds water oats which helps in decreasing constipation and if the problem still continues meet your doctor for constipation medicine
