Hello my kid has intermittent stomach pain near belly button and also he lost weight 1 kg from the past one month..and sometimes pain when pressed harder

Maybe your child is having an infection in the stomach and which is why there is a constant pain into a particular place you’ll have to have an assessment with your paediatrician to know better and accordingly they can assist you with right medication and treatment to follow
