Thank you do doctor.. I applied coconut oil through out the night.. and it really worked.. baby is feeling better now..

for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper

(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improvingg then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.

to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

Use Boroline anti septic cream regularly on to that area that is what is going to help also going to advise you that when a child passes urine or motion sometimes it in Cry quite a lot but that’s considered very normal for frequent motion the redness you can use Boroline regularly
