hello... my daughters neck below became reddish colour with sml pimples?

for time being please clean it gently with cotton clothe.
please use cottoh clothes for her.
you may use Babyhug telcum powder to reduce the effect
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky keep her at well conditioned or well ventilated room or place
