ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily prefer protein rich diet. massage scalp regularly with coconut oil continue for 4 months
