If your baby is passing frequent loose watery stools then it can be due to infection either bacterial infection or viral diarrhoea. so better to consult with the doctor meanwhile keep him well hydrated by giving ORS frequent times, zinc supplements and probioticsTo combat discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops easy nappy cream on the diaper area
