hello... my daughter is 6 years old.. from yesterday evening she is suffering from high fever.. I gave her paracetamol and Azithromycin tab. 250mg.. night 2 times ahe did vomiting.. now also fever is 103 .. so pls suggest..

A. if the baby is having fever it is advisable to give paracetamol 3 4 times a day and do cold sponging please do not use antibiotics without proper prescription from the doctor .
